Travel Planning
We'll help you decide which accommodations will be suitable for your out of town wedding guests, whether that means one hotel or several to accommodate different budgets. Many times, we can also arrange for special airline pricing as well. If you'd like to plan activities for your guests while they're in town, we can arrange that too.
Guest Communication
We'll provide you with an information sheet and a business card for you to enclose in your invitations so your guests know who to contact for their travel plans. We'll also update you regularly so you know who's booked their accommodations and who hasn't.
Single Point of Contact
Your out of town wedding guests can contact us directly to book their travel arrangements. That way, you'll have one less thing to worry about when planning your big day and your Guests will have peace of mind when planning their trip.
